I make Fiverr look kind of bad here, and the site was kind of crazy back then. However, they really cleaned up their act and scaled up the quality of the whole service.
I’ve even bought a few good gigs from there since then.
But another thing that strikes me is how into blogging I was back then. I really thought I could make something happen through blogging. Wrong.
The actual Stupid Clowns ebook had a lot of stuff about blogging that I should have realized would be alien to those outside of the “blogosphere”.
Oh, well, lesson learned.
